Flight Test Center Brochure

Veridian (formerly ERIM) sought to promote their Willow-Run based flight test center to more fully utilize their fleet of research aircraft. The marketing brochure focused on the unique capabilities of the aircraft and engineering resources provided for research and testing of aerial remote sensing technology.

I also assisted the client in editing and translating the engineering-ese text he provided to better fit the layout and focus more on broad capabilities than the finer technical details.

The client was able to supply most of the photography and some other art, but I illustrated exterior and cutaway views of their research aircraft and its configuration to go with the descriptive text.

I was able to visit the hangar and ride along on a local test flight (without their lawyers’ knowledge, I’m guessing!) and shot a couple of the photos that appear in the brochure during the flight.
